Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY OR COLLECTION OF GOODS:

All goods delivered are to be checked by the vendor at the time of delivery or collection. Any and all deliveries will be subject to a courier charge. There is a minimum ordering charge of £25.00 for deliveries. Any discrepancies or claims must be notified within a 12-hour period.

We will not refund/ reimburse or exchange product whereby the weight has been reduced after sales. Ensure that product is kept in suitable storage and the food must be consumed within the Use by Date set out by us.

All food must be fully cooked before consumption.

RETURNS OF GOODS & REFUND:

Whilst we ensure every product is processed to a high standard, we understand that product is subject to scrutiny and in the event your order from JB Foods Yorkshire Limited is incorrect or defective, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will do our utmost to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. It is likely we will ask for you to take photos of the product for our own internal investigations.

We will then either provide a refund to the same payment card/PayPal account as was used to place the order, or send replacement correct items out to you.
